We were on time for our appt., the two people ahead of us were late and she made us wait. The np was unable to enter the Medicare number correctly so she canceled the app. We went to another urgent care and were treated like royalty. Never again.
Professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and explained everything.
Super quick to make an appt, provider was a bit late, but what I didn’t like was not getting my results back for days and not getting a call back from the provider about my results
