Fast and took time
Had a great experience at the minuteclinic. The staff in particularly, Snizhana Blazhko, were highly professional. Makes the trip to clinic worth it.
There's nothing urgent about this clinic. We came without an appointment because it was urgent and had to wait 2 hours, then the system puts people who came after us ahead.
i waited 40 minutes in the waiting area (after checking in on the kiosk and being told it would take 20 minutes to fill) for a prescription because they never told me it was ready and never told me i would get a text when it’s ready. (i never even got a text either) they fully served 10 people before i had to go up again and ask for it after 40 minutes. the doctor was fine but awful pharmacy.
