The Nurse and the service were terrific, above and beyond. However the checkin online didn't work and the kiosk checkin at the site took many tries, forcing me to start over several times....it was extremely user-unfriendly. And it would have been impossible if I didn't have a cell phone. This should be corrected!

they ran 40 min late for our 2 young kids’ covid shot appointment. once we got in, they registered them and everything, and only then noticed they had run out of pediatric covid shots.
I had an appointment today, October 10, at 4:10 for a covid shot. I asked the pharmacy at 5:10 for help, but they said they weren’t affiliated with the minute clinic. At 5:18 I asked the worker at the minute clinic for help and they just said, “I have no control.” The person with the 4:30 appt was called and offered their appt to me. It’s disappointing because a shot takes less than a minute.
