BEST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. After being told an another urgent care provider run by my primary car doctor's organization that I would have to wait for all the walking before me (I left), I made an appointment with my pharmacy's clinic. My son scheduled an appointment for this clinic due to running a high fever for two days and feeling poorly. He arrived on time to check in for his appointment. He was told that another gentleman, who was a black man, had an appointment scheduled for the same time slot as my son did. My son was then told by the female nurse/doctor on staff that he would have to wait as “minorities had priority” when it came to being seen. I got my COVID and flu shots today, and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Not coming back here again. No parking and then I showed up early to my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen 45 mins after my appointment with this nurse Kimberly rudely telling me she’s late. Not apologizing for it just telling me she’s running late so that’s it. In a very rude tone. No apology once I got in. Just ok sit down. No point in having an appointment. Has no respect for other people’s time.
