Provider Bassey acted irritated with me when I would ask questions about my health. She was short-tempered and frustrated with me. At the end I was asking clarifying questions about the doctor’s note. She said if I still feel bad tomorrow, I have to come back and pay ANOTHER $60 copay even though she knows I don’t even have $60 to pay today’s copay (I was told at the beginning of my check-in that my insurance would cover it). The Nurse Practitioner was very professional, kind and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the test clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism.
CVS and minute clinic on 15010 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77079. Worst service ever, the clinic provider showed zero regards for my time/ 2:30 appointment, as she strolls in late from lunch at 2:50, then she takes the guy who's appointment was after mine first.
