Extremely convenient for me. The medical professional was very knowledgeable and efficient. This is my second time having to use the clinic and I have been very satisfied both times.
Great experience here. Couldn't see my regular practitioner (b/c weekend) but was miserable with an ear infection. Was super easy to schedule online, waited literally seconds at the clinic after checking in, the RN I saw was kind and thorough, and they had everything super clean with an air filter running in the visit room. (I don't know how many different providers they have at this location, but the one I saw was great). Then the antibiotic she ordered was ready like 5 mins later at the pharmacy in-store.
I got immediate attention after finding out I had been exposed to flu A. I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes. My wait time was minimal. I was tested positive for Flu A and was able to get Tamiflu immediately. It was a thorough exam and super helpful to pick up the drug right there. Great experience!
I scheduled an appointment at the CVS MinuteClinic for my travel needs to Tanzania, and to my surprise, I was able to get everything I needed in one visit. The process was quick and easy compared to my primary doctor and other travel clinics that charge a $100 cancellation fee within 48 hours. The practitioner was busy, but she still took the time to listen and made sure I was fully taken care of. I also feel like I saved money. Keep up the great work, MinuteClinic!
