This place is a joke. I attempted to schedule an appointment, was told this is a walk in clinic and to come right in. I was greeted by a very nice and professional nurse that collected my symptoms and told me the practitioner would be happy to see me in 5-10 minutes. The "doctor" would not give me her undivided attention, spoke to other patients bc SHE LEFT THE DOOR OPEN. And recommended I see my PCP so she didn't have to charge. I was happy to spend money to be seen same day. Very unhappy..
If you schedule Covid testing for the drive thru at this CVS location & then need to cancel it the system has a glitch & error message on the website where you cannot cancel it. This should be fixed so someone else may be able to use the time slot. The health clinic is average. I wouldn't utilize it for anything other than basic conditions like sinusitis, UTI, etc. I have used this CVS clinic many times but the last few times had issues with them correctly filing my insurance & some mis communication regarding test results &... read more
