Staff was friendly and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them.
The initial experience was great and I liked my provider. However she was supposed to put it 3 refills for my script and she only put 1. There is no way to reach the provider afterwards to ask questions or correct RX errors. The pharmacy refused to reach out to the provider and stated I needed to make another appointment and pay for another visit (almost $200) in order to request the refills be provided even though it was discussed in the initial appointment. This one was very good. Practitioner here was great
I love this option. Scheduling is very easy and able to be seen same day. No wait (compared to urgent care centers) from two visits. Dr. was wonderful and I was surprised that they do lab/bloodwork as well. Fantastic service; I can't get in to Dr's office for 6 months
