We scheduled a covid and flu shot for our 5 year old in advance for Saturday and arrived early and checked in. Once the appointment started we were told there were no more flu shots for kids. How is it that you are able to schedule an appointment for something you do not have available? We then scheduled for her for the next day, Sunday, while we were at the clinic for a different location that your system said had the shots available. Highly recommend coming to the MinuteClinic at Lawrence Township off of Darrah Lane.
NP I saw dx the problem right away. She was very friendly and caring.
This place was pretty impressive. The facility/ space was clean and well lit. The nurse practitioner was friendly, professional, respectful and efficient. Didn't realize how large, clean and well stocked/resourced the room was. This is a stark contrast to how I was treated/refused support at the Urgent Care on Rte. 33 in Hamilton. I didn't know this place existed and would go here anytime.
