I called this morning to ask about the prices of how much it was to be seen in the MinuteClinic for self-pay patients. I was told that they didn’t know and that they were too busy to be able to find out or walk back there to be able to ask Associate. She then told me that she will transfer me to the pharmacy so that I could ask them and then she hung up on me very unprofessional and rude.I was sick for five days and I come in to get an appointment and be seen by a nurse practitioner. Needed to speak with the Minute Clinic in advance of my appointment. Called the CVS store. They said they had no way to connect me directly to the Minute Clinic, and gave me minute clinic's 1-800 number. Called the 1-800 number. They told me they also have no way to contact the store's Minute Clinic directly. They have no way to contact their own department within their own store. We have self driving cars and can send people into space, but CVS cannot find a way to contact their own departments. Utter failure as a business.
