I called this morning to ask about the prices of how much it was to be seen in the MinuteClinic for self-pay patients. I was told that they didn’t know and that they were too busy to be able to find out or walk back there to be able to ask Associate. She then told me that she will transfer me to the pharmacy so that I could ask them and then she hung up on me very unprofessional and rude.I was sick for five days and I come in to get an appointment and be seen by a nurse practitioner.
