This is a walk in clinic but I was told that my son could not be seen today as there were no appointments. Unacceptable
Absolutely terrible, sat on the wait-list for 3 hours while at least a dozen people came and went. Magically whenever I was the only one in the clinic the sad excuse for a physician would vanish and not come back until other people came.
It is not urgent care!
