Booked an appointment for 5:30pm for a flu shot thinking it’s going to be a quick in and out, waited for an hour still haven’t been seen. Terrible experience. Do not recommend
Doctor Brandi Myers was an absolute rockstar. I wish all my medical experiences was with this lady, so calm, friendly, professional, treating everyone with care and just her bright, bubbly self made me feel better. The person who checked me in was also so patient and helpful, great clinic!
After having an inconvenient medical issue arise Saturday evening, I came to this Minute Clinic location the next day, Sunday, at noon. Although I did not have a scheduled appointment and the facility was booked through with appointments until close, the practitioner on site, Sofia, kindly squeezed me in for care at lunch time, sacrificing some of her own personal break time so that I could be seen on short notice. Minute Clinic on Wisconsin Ave across from Trader Joe’s. Perfect location and quick for testing COVID/Flu/Strep. Excellent staff quick and easy.
The Nurse Practitioner at this Minute Clinic listened with intent and kindness. She was focused and thorough. She prescribed the correct remedy for my ailment.
