My appointment started on time and the nurse, Bridget, was great! She was very helpful, explained everything, listened to me, and made sure I was all set with meds for the weekend when they are closed. Great nurse, can't say enough good things about her! Urgent care clinic in my town is not the best, so I go to Norton CVS minute clinic when I have minor issues. 2nd time I've been here for the same issue, both great experiences.
Zero communication between minute clinic and the store due to its being its own identity. This is a concern when people can see online that minute clinic is seeing walk in patients and they go there fully understanding there may be a significant wait. Only to get there early and wait for the medical professional to not show up. The cashier actually said if the nurse isn't here yet she's not coming in.
