gave it 5 stars just because Jessica (RN) was very helpful and showed real care and empathy to her patients. Otherwise, this place messed up a TB blood test I did in March she tried to fix it.
I will stop at the Minute Clinic Pasadena if I ever need to again. Nurse Kelly took her time and treated me as a patient instead of a customer and there is a big difference. That’s being done more and most medical facilities and it is sad.Especially the sicker you are and I was extremely sick yesterday with breathing issues, a urinary trac infection and pneumonia.
