The second Minute Clinic I have come to today that is supposed to be open and isn't. This one is supposed to be open until 5:30. It is 2:46 and they are closed. I even called their 800 number that directed me here. Thanks for running me all over town for nothing!
We had the best nurse practitioner. He was calm and reassuring with my children. And so very patient. And icing on the cake I couldn’t even feel the flu shot!

I had an appointment and waited for one hour to be seen. When I was finally called, the nurse poked both of my hands with needles and said she couldn’t find a vein, even though my veins were clearly visible. Instead of trying to help me properly, she dismissed me and wasted my time. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Needed to see about a sore throat, got in quickly and had an overall great first time at this type of clinic, will gladly use it again if and when reason comes up.
