After reading several negative reviews I was hesitant to schedule an appt. But I was desperate. I had a 3:20 appt and they were clear that it’s usually up to 30 min wait. I was in by 3:30, had a great experience, tested positive for the flu and got meds right there. This location is much closer than my Dr so it makes sense. I def recommend but also need patience.
Arrived early, waited over an hour, sent away, and promised reschedule never came. Patients’ time and trust should be respected.
I was feeling off and knew it was not severe enough to go to ER. Went to Minute Clinic and the practitioner was able to diagnose what was wrong, and gave me meds. She was professional, kind, and thorough. I would return again.
Worst experience make online appointment at 10:30am. we come early around 9:30am we waited to 11 am still not see the doctor or nurse. Super slow. I will Never never never come back again.
The nurse at the clinic was very knowledgeable.
