My experience was not what I had expected, coming from traditional doctor office visits, where your wait time could be long and once called to the back, you continue to wait for the provider even longer. The ease of scheduling an appointment with CVS Minute Clinic was quick and once I arrived and signed in through the kiosk, I was seen in less than 10 minutes. The only place we go if we cannot get into our regular doctor. The staff at the minute clinic is helpful and understanding of the illness and how we are feeling. We love Debbie Lawlor, NP at the Sewell . NJ location. Thank you for making the process easy to navigate.

I love the practitioners at Minute Clinic. They are not the problem. The problem is that Minute Clinic continually incorrectly codes my weekly service and then bills me for something that is 100% covered by my insurance company (which was again confirmed by my insurance company on the telephone). The weekly service provided to me never changes yet the costs Minute Clinic applies quite often vary.
