This is closed and no longer has an NP
Extremely poor service all around. The NP, Agnes Sweeney, skipped my father in line to begin with, and then when he was taken back was told he could only talk about one of his symptoms rather than both his pink eye and congestion due to the amount of “time”. Interesting to say time is limited when she has scheduled out patients in 10 minute increments. Rude all around and would recommend going to other urgent cares on the island.
My son suddenly came down with a fever of 103 after dinner, so I quickly took him to the nearest clinic to our condo. The online check in said it was open until 7:30 with walk ins welcome. I arrived 40 minutes before they closed. As I was checking in at the kiosk the provider who was standing off to the side chatting with a couple of other workers called out to me that “the clinic was closed she was not seeing anymore patients today.” I responded that I thought it said they were open until 7:30 and her response to me was “ma... read more
Worst experience ever. I won't even talk about the wait time, the doctor on staff was beyond rude to us and other's waiting. She told me that I hadn't finished checking in- after waiting over an hour. Meanwhile, I could show her the 100% complete on the CVS website. All of a sudden it was "we're having system issues". We were skipped over numerous times due to these "system issues" that she was overly aware of, but did not care a bit about. I'll never return.
Thankful we had this option when my daughter came down with strep during a road trip, so I don’t want to complain too much… But the NP could work on her bedside manner. What was more frustrating was she didn’t know how to bill tricare. In her defense, I have run into that problem before, so it’s probably not even her fault… but she just had a really bad attitude about it all and wasn’t good with my daughter who gets very anxious with doctors.
