If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter 19 years old went in there with a fever and a cough. Charged me $161 which I thought would be it for a test for the flu. They apparently tested her for everything under the sun, without me in there, because I got charged again a month later for $297! $457 to go to a minute clinic!?!?! It’s cheaper to go to an urgent care!
DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. I WAS MISLEAD INTO GETTING A VACCINE "FREE OF CHARGE" NOW I HAVE A $255 BILL SENT TO COLLECTIONS. THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. THE PERSONNEL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T HELP BECAUSE I GOT THE VACCINE, I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.... ITS FRUSTRATING... TO ALL WHO HAVE HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION, DON'T SATY QUIET. I AM SENDING A COMPLAINT TO THE MISSOURI CUSTOMER PROTECTION...
