DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. I WAS MISLEAD INTO GETTING A VACCINE "FREE OF CHARGE" NOW I HAVE A $255 BILL SENT TO COLLECTIONS. THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. THE PERSONNEL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T HELP BECAUSE I GOT THE VACCINE, I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.... ITS FRUSTRATING... TO ALL WHO HAVE HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION, DON'T SATY QUIET. I AM SENDING A COMPLAINT TO THE MISSOURI CUSTOMER PROTECTION...
I recommend using any other provider. This clinic falsely bills visit times/codes which will impact your out of pocket cost. Minute Clinic has given zero assistance to resolve this matter.
