I hate to leave this review because I’ve had good experiences here in the past, especially with NP Martha. However, my most recent visit has turned into a billing nightmare. I went to the clinic for a simple prescription refill after my primary care doctor left the practice and before I had found a new physician. During the visit, NP Isabella was training a new nurse practitioner. What I was never told is that the trainee was not yet in-network with BCBS. Jennifer was very sweet and got me in and out pretty quick! Definitely recommend!
Waited over an hour despite having an appointment, only to be told there was a system issue. Very frustrating and a poor use of my time. Plus there is no contact person.
Dont bother making an appointment. You’ll be waiting an hour before anyone helps regardless
