It is a place to go
I went into the clinic yesterday and had a very bad experience. I got seen by an Asian woman that was already prescribing me BEFORE even looking in my ear. The drops prescribed made the ear infection much worse and I had to rush to the ER. Once at the ER the doctor said I had a bug in my ear and it was impossible to see what the problem was before removing it. Didn’t submit my prescription as promised. Wasted my afternoon waiting on people for nothing.
Had a great experience not just for the convenience of getting appointments the same day but because Guerline Saint Pierre, NP listened to all my concerns and was super kind even though she was the only provider available at that time and there were more patients waiting she never rushed me. I love minute clinic, would book here again.
