The service was quick, I was called in 10 mins after my appointment time. I was given rapid tests for my symptoms and called back into the NP's office after. The NP was professional, not exactly friendly but she did her job properly and gave medical advice to soothe symptoms along with the prescription which I appreciate.

Extremely bad experience. Went for itching problem and nurse persisted on getting covid booster shot saying its FREE and nothing will be charged out of pocket. After two months was slapped with $400+ bill charged to my card. When contacted billing department, they said charges are valid and we don't care how service was said but its already given. You have to pay for it. Looks like a fraud practice run by them. Please read reviews before visiting and save you hard earned money.

Made an appointment to see a doctor at Plainsboro, NJ and was asked to arrive 10 minutes early, yet was left waiting for 50 minutes before seeing the doctor. I had a second appointment booked for another family member and was told during the first appointment that they needed to see their other 11.50am appointment first. It’s impossible to run on time and respect the patients time when double booking time slots. The doctor was pleasant but the booking system is not patient focused in any way.

I made an appointment at the CVS MinuteClinic in Plainsboro because I had a cough that concerned me. I was seen at my scheduled time. The nurse practitioner was very thorough. She listened to my concerns, asked my questions, reviewed my medical history, and examined me. She made appropriate recommendations, including a prescription, which was ready for me after my appointment. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Can't even take blood tests unless the nurse is there (Mon - Thurs 9-4:30) extremely flawed. Even the nurse practitioner said “not so much a minute clinic anymore” … a joke they need help because they're not helping anyone
