I scheduled an appointment for an illness the day prior and received confirmation via text and email. I arrive for appointment and the MinuteClinic is closed. Hours are marked that it should be open. I wait and wait- CVS store staff say this situation isn't unusual. No cancellation alerts sent to me. I did receive several emails asking me to reschedule- Not a chance.
25 minutes late had to get a manager to even get any help. This place is atrocious!!! Do not come here. Staff was rude.
EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and condescending staff at the Illinois location. Zero regard for patient confidentiality. They treat you like sub-human and third rate human beings. I would not recommend you go here.
Would not reccomend to anyone to visit. Very rude staff and no desire to help solve any medical problems.
I always have a swift and caring experience here. I bring my two boys here all the time for ear infections because it can be easier than the pediatrician. I always check wait times before I go and it’s always been a breeze.
