30mins past appointment time nobody to talk to or came out saying they’ll be with we shortly or anything. If your running behind that’s okay but no communication is unacceptable
Fast, thorough and professional
Scheduled appointment for DOT Physical 3 times and all got cancelled. 1st two times DOT certified physician wasn't in the office for my confirmed appointment. The last time the office closed early before 6pm when I had a confirmed appointment at 6:20pm. No one notified me of anything. Very unprofessional.
Another great experience today with PA Alison as a follow up for our previous visit! Thank you so much for your assistance today! Great experience at this minute clinic. PA Ann was extremely helpful in getting us set up with scripts and needed! vaccinations for future travel! Thanks!
