Scheduled appointment for DOT Physical 3 times and all got cancelled. 1st two times DOT certified physician wasn't in the office for my confirmed appointment. The last time the office closed early before 6pm when I had a confirmed appointment at 6:20pm. No one notified me of anything. Very unprofessional.

170$ for consultation please if you don't want to trow you money away and be ripped off don't go there ! They told me to get medicine over the counter that was it and I was charged 170$ . They did not listen to me abut my symptoms and was very serious I need antibiotic and up having bad infection places like this is just dishonest business just for money not to help people . if you want to be treated with respect as a patient go to Urgent Care Clinic Kenosha .
