Highly recommend minute clinic for minor things. I went for a rash and they were able to get me appropriate med . It's nice because they are there on Saturday when it's easy to go for an appointment. Also convenient that the pharmacy is right there! The Nurse Practitioner was nice, informative and helpful.
I don’t recommend the virtual visits. The provider stated they clicked past the page where they could end the visit. Told me they couldn’t help me. And charged me anyway after stating they would flag the visit so I wouldn’t get charged because they messed up. And calling to get my money back has been a full on joke. Response- Already contacted customer service. They were unwilling to refund the money. Stating a service was provided when it wasn’t.
Oh my gosh. I am visiting from out of state and developed a sinus infection. Booking the same day appointment online was so convenient. They got me in at exactly my appointment time. NP Leader could not have been nicer or more efficient and my prescription was ready when I walked up to the counter.
My visit was wonderful! The nurse is extremely thorough, ran several tests and I never felt rushed or felt that I was asking too many questions. She spent more time with me than I expected and answered all my questions and then some. She is very compassionate and truly cares!
