I recently went with some concerns I’ve been explaining to doctors since I was a young child. I explained to the woman my concerns and she listened to them. Not only did she listen, but she took the time to look and examine each concern. She then gave answers and diagnoses that I hadn’t been aware of. I now am able to properly treat and manage these things, and if not for her being caring and listening, I would have continued in pain and uncertainty of my own body. What kind of clinic doesn’t offer doctor’s notes? The snotty pharmacist made it seem like it was an inconvenience to just get a routine exam and a doctor’s note. Rude pharmacy staff and bad attitude. We were willing to pay for whatever was needed but I guess not. Don’t go here if you feel sick and don’t want to deal with urgent care/no insurance they’ll just make you feel worse.
If I could give zero stars, I would. As part of my insurance benefits, CVS minute clinic is a free benefit yet my son was charged over $700 and debited the bill from his checking account. I called CVS and they said the bill was denied but no reason was given. I then called my insurance and they said no claim has been FILED. It is possible that CVS filed it incorrectly but again someone should know what they are doing if they have any experience dealing with insurance claims. Outstanding care , she explained everything and answered all my questions. I learned a lot from her in a short visit. I would definately recommend.
I usually come here and have a good experience and I understand people make mistakes, the lady I had was very sweet and understanding.Although I don't understand how you give someone the wrong vaccine, so I had to come back and get the correct one.
