Anna Marie Siosin was rude and unprofessional and seemed annoyed with the annual checkup I was there for. It was the second time I had to come because the first time the equipment was down so I had to reschedule. I wasn’t contacted to let me know that it wasn’t working, which was ok, until the second meeting when I was greeted with “you’re late” as the first thing upon arrival. Not a very professional technician.
