If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived to the minute clinic at 1:30 and booked my appointment as a walk in. The estimated wait time was 45 minutes and not many people were ahead of me, so I didn't expect to wait long. I waited a long TWO hours to be seen before the practitioner came out and stated that if you came in as a walk in you wouldn't be seen. My experience at this Minute clinic was efficient and professional. It was easy to make the appointment from my home computer. I was expected when I arrived and treated so kindly. The LPN ( so sorry I did not get any names) was kind and gentle with her words. I had all the preliminary testing and questions completed so when I went into the exam room with the nurse practitioner she already knew what I was there for. Practitioner was patient, gentle, friendly, supportive - best "bedside" manner I've experienced in a while.
I like the booking option and the staff were very helpful.
I was a wake in, only waited 10 min. I had my appointment and medicine within 40 min. I found my new place to visit a Dr. thank you, from a happy customer
