If I could give zero stars, I would. My son had a sports physical appointment scheduled for 8:40 a.m., yet we sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next was even worse. As soon as the PA entered the room and reviewed the form listing the sports my son participates in, he immediately stated that he does not support young athletes playing football. Don't waste your time. Made an appointment showed up promptly before and was told they wouldn't get to me in hours from when scheduled so I should just reschedule.
If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived to the minute clinic at 1:30 and booked my appointment as a walk in. The estimated wait time was 45 minutes and not many people were ahead of me, so I didn't expect to wait long. I waited a long TWO hours to be seen before the practitioner came out and stated that if you came in as a walk in you wouldn't be seen.
