I made an appointment for the minute clinic and while everyone there was very nice, I also had some cultures done. Today I received multiple notifications that my lab results were ready. So I eagerly log in to see them only to find a message from the lab stating that no testing was ordered on the requisition submitted so no testing has been done. CVS MINI Clinic- CT 1148, 905 So. Main, Cheshire, CT Barbara Smeich should be recognized and appreciated for her caring and professional care. I arrived on 10/22, on a busy day without an appointment..I was experiencing a reaction to a wasp bite and the symptons and discomfort were getting worse. Barbara Smeich took me in, never made me feel like an intrusion and took care of my issue. The APRN Shanice Nevins is extremely lazy. Didn’t do anything. Literal waste of my morning. Should’ve went to a different location. I’ve been to Minute clinics a few times. Never have I ever felt so unheard or dismissed. Very cold demeanor.
I have never been to this location and will definitely be back. It was close to my house, efficient, they took me on time and had my script ready in minutes. Thank you!!
The individuals who work there are extremely caring. I felt listened to and understood. They made sure to explain and help with everything in my treatment plan.I left extremely satisfied with the care I received.
