I scheduled an appointment for a sports physical for my daughter for 11:50 and as I was walking into CVS I get a text that they were cancelling my appointment at 11:46. I was given no reason.
Johnelle made me feel safe and heard. She listened to my issues and made medicinal suggestions that matched my allergies. I felt heard and not judged. Even though she was backed up that day, she moved the appointment list efficiently.
The nurse practitioner was very thorough and friendly. I was able to see her get a prescription and have it feel there at CVS. I did have to wait 40 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment. There was only one practitioner.
My visit was timely and the provider was friendly, attentive, and met my immediate needs. The only issue that I have is that they don't take my insurance in order to be my primary care physician but they do take it for the minute clinic.
