After waiting an hour past our appt time the practitioner was very rude and extremely unprofessional. She performed a strep test without asking and when it was negative, she said she knew it would be but we still had to pay the extra fee for that. I would never go back to this location.
Came here for my daughter's sports physical before the school year and I could not have asked for a smoother experience. We booked online, barely waited and were seen quickly. The nurse practitioner was so friendly and thorough, took her time answering all our questions and made my daughter feel completely at ease. The location right off Little Road and Pleasant Ridge is super convenient for us here in west Arlington and parking was a breeze. Clean, professional and affordable. Needed antibiotics for staph infection, the nurse practitioner said that she wasn't qualified...iwould give zero stars, but AT LEAST she didnt charge
