It’s hit or miss here. I’ve had billing issues, Unhelpful visits And unprofessional experiences. I’ve been told they’re straight up nothing they can do for me, and one time they almost refused to vaccinate my kid with the flu shot because vaccinating kids is too hard I guess. Even placed the Band-Aid on the wrong place and my kid bled everywhere smh

This place sucks. I showed up as a walk-in. There was no way to check in without an appointment. So, I made an appointment for 15 minutes later. As I'm filling out my pre-visit paperwork online, I get all the way to payment and the site crashes. Finally, our an actual person came out and told me that they have no room for walk-ins and only can do appointments for tomorrow. I told her I have an appointment for today and showed her my text.
