When arriving on time the pharmacy was no help in telling me where I needed to be. A hour later after multiple check ins, calling the 1800 number to get them to call the clinic, asking the pharmacist, the NP comes out for another patient and said “I’ve been looking for you”… clearly I have been standing in front of the door for at least the last 45 minutes. No one was looking for me, no one even came out of the door.
