Best experience ever. Wait time was minimal and the professionalism is amazing. No sooner did I walk out of minute clinic to pharmacy my prescription was ready.
Saw Shawn Cooke and he was horrible. He was rushing the entire time even though he called me back 10 minutes early. He said I guess I can look at you after reviewing why I was there. He was very rough with the medical device looking in my ears to the point my ears hurt after my visit. He was short and told me my symptoms were basically untreatable according to the "textbook" to take over the counter meds and it should be cleared up in three months. Worse visit ever for any clinic. Recently I visited the CVS Minute Clinic located in Hermitage in the Kroger parking lot next to Firestone. The practitioner was excellent. She gave me lots of details about my condition and was helpful with solutions. I made an appointment and wait time was minimal. I’m on the mend thanks to her suggestions. Happy customer here.
