I was happy with my experience here. It was quick and easy, and the NP was wonderful. Will definitely keep this place in mind.
Showed up with 102.5 fever and was told wait 7 days and if you still have iprobpems, we’ll try antibiotics. The NP was very nice and maybe it is CVS policy but 3 days after going to them, I went to the hospital with a bacterial infection and pneumonia. The trend to never prescribe antibiotics even in someone who hasn’t taken them in years is ridiculous. MinuteClinic is my go to place for a DOT physical.
Had a visit in April for a cat bite/infection- I was waiting for a call back from my primary care doctor, but showed photos of the infection to a doctor friend of mine and they told me to seek treatment asap. Very thankful for the Minute Clinic being available the same-day. I was able to get a full check-up, vaccination and walked away with an antibiotic prescription within an hour of seeking treatment. Do not go here for DOT testing. They are not for sure of what there doing. They need a second opinions from other medical experts. In addition with wanting to charge you extra money for a return visit with all these extra papers you have to get filled out from other medical experts? In addition no one answers the customer care line
