Showed up for a DOT physical they wouldn’t do it because they I didn’t print and bring my own paperwork, I never received anything prior asking me to print and bring my own paperwork.
The appointment time was much more punctual compared to doctor’s offices. I thought that the phlebotomist was extremely professional and helpful. She wasn’t warm, but her professionalism made me feel comfortable. I felt able to make requests and knew more of what to expect. She tried to distract me by asking me questions while I was having my blood drawn, and helped me when I passed out. She didn’t make me feel like a burden and said such things happen all the time.
