I am deeply dissatisfied with the complete failure of service, clinical judgment, and financial accountability demonstrated at this clinic. I scheduled a 12:00 PM appointment at this MinuteClinic and experienced a complete breakdown of basic operations and care. After being told there was a 110-minute wait, I was asked to return at 2:00 PM. I did—and then waited until nearly 5:00 PM to be seen. On 02/12/2026, I went to MinuteClinic at CVS on Sand Lake Rd at 5:30 PM. The website clearly states “Walk-ins are welcomed,” and I confirmed this with staff. I waited two hours while seven patients were seen, only to be told to “come back tomorrow.” The staff were rude, condescending, and dismissive. Sending a visibly sick patient home after a two-hour wait, despite confirming walk-ins are welcomed, is unacceptable and unprofessional. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and basic compassion.
The CVS cholesterol testing machines did NOT work, my 2 visits were a complete waste of time
