I made an appointment to receive my COVID vaccine for 6:20pm. At 6:50, they called another name. I then informed the provider that I had an appointment scheduled at 6:20. He informed me that the people he was taking back had 5:50 appointments. An hour behind? That's unacceptable. Why book appointments when they know they aren't going to keep them? Professional polite and very knowledgeable
This is the second time I have gone to the CVS MinuteClinic on Lake Underhill and Alafaya. This time I saw a different provider and I got the same excellent service. I got the first time from another provider. They are excellent they are caring. They answer questions and I cannot be more appreciative of how they spend time with me and yeah, get me in and out in like a matter of minutes and I don’t feel rushed. It’s amazing.
