I made an appointment to receive my COVID vaccine for 6:20pm. At 6:50, they called another name. I then informed the provider that I had an appointment scheduled at 6:20. He informed me that the people he was taking back had 5:50 appointments. An hour behind? That's unacceptable. Why book appointments when they know they aren't going to keep them?
