The system doesn't seem to give the clinician (who is likely fine) a way to let you know that she is booked with pre-set appointments and so she cannot see any walk ins (also, don't believe the sign outside that says "Walk Ins Welcome," FALSE). You will however drive all that way, sign in at the kiosk, answer all the follow up questions and sit and wait before you find that out! So, only go if you have an actual, booked appointment.
