The East Greenwich office was not staffed accordingly. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and the NP was overbooked CVS treat your workers and patients with respect. Don’t overbook appointments with only 1 health care provider. Although the NP should get 10 stars , I’am giving CVS 3 stars for not staffing accordingly on a holiday weekend when many people are ill
I went in with minor reproductive-health symptoms that I wanted checked immediately, and this place managed to turn a simple visit into an absolute nightmare. The doctor was shockingly rude when I asked for a routine vaginal swab. She said “seems like you just want to get swabbed.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. And as if the ten minutes of being dismissed weren’t bad enough, they sent my labs to an out-of-network provider without telling me, which stuck me with a $955 bill for what was supposed to be a straigh... read more
Great experience at the minute clinic Nurse practitioner was fantastic!
The manager is more involved with his employees joking around instead of assisting customers. If you ask him a question, you get an attitude. The absolute worst CVS I ever walked into in the state of Rhode Island. Thank goodness my mom is a general manager at another location to report him.
