Woonsocket Rhode Island was not open. Said you had walking in North Smithfield Rhode Island walk in there. Need an appointment walk in ..not were not readily available. Did a virtual that did not complete bad bad customer service

I had a very frustrating experience at CVS yesterday. Before going in, I checked online specifically to see if they accepted walk-ins, and the website stated that they did and showed availability. When I arrived, I sat down and began entering my information as instructed. You should not advertise a wait list and not actually be able to accommodate anyone. Drove there within the time frame given and was told by the doctor there would not be time for us to be seen today.
