I had a very frustrating experience at CVS yesterday. Before going in, I checked online specifically to see if they accepted walk-ins, and the website stated that they did and showed availability. When I arrived, I sat down and began entering my information as instructed. You should not advertise a wait list and not actually be able to accommodate anyone. Drove there within the time frame given and was told by the doctor there would not be time for us to be seen today.
I wish I remembered my practitioner name but she was great!
