Scheduled an appointment online this morning and when I got there there's a sign on the door that the store's inside is closed at 3p due to staffing. No call or notice online that they're not open.
Terrible experience! I made an online appointment and sat for over an hour. When I finally asked the Dr. about why I wasn't being called, she said my name wasn't coming up in her names inside the room The next person in line said I could go in front of her, since I was there before her. The Dr. Said no, and told the girl to come in the room and slammed the door. To say the least, I Left!

The doctor tried to get me to pay cash for the visit instead of finding my health insurance. She said that she had other appointments that she was waiting on, but there was nobody in the lobby. She was kind of rude and quite frankly, she pissed me off.
I showed up with an issue and I was treated very respectful, kind and courteous. They were willing to listen to anything I had to say and help with my issue. They worked very diligently with everyone that was there before and after me. It was very clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. I most definitely would be willing to go back again.
