I showed up with an issue and I was treated very respectful, kind and courteous. They were willing to listen to anything I had to say and help with my issue. They worked very diligently with everyone that was there before and after me. It was very clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. I most definitely would be willing to go back again. We waited 2 hours for the minute clinic attendant to tell us that she had no more time left to see us at 6:28 even though the clinic closes at 7pm and there was nobody else in line. Absolute dogwater service from a healthcare worker to treat somebody who politely waited for them. All we needed was a quick check and a Dr Note. Nice job minute clinic! You completely disregarded the entire point behind the name you chose for your healthcare business.
I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend! My PCP was closed for MLK Day, so I went online to schedule with this Minute Clinic. My appointment time was 12:50pm, and NP Tena had me sitting in her office by 12:55 (impressive, considering how busy they were on a holiday!). Tena was friendly and professional and had me out of there in about 15 minutes. I had to get an antibiotic for strep, so I walked over to the pharmacy side.
