MinuteClinic canceled my appointment for no reason. When I called to try and reschedule it they told me there was no availability for today. I spoke to Brianna on the phone and she tried to help, but unfortunately she wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. (Lisa) Nor could she give me a phone number to reach out to any kind of supervisor. I am rating a 1 because I am still ill with a sinus infection. At the time of my visit, I was prescribed something for my cough and was told to continue my current treatment. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple sinus infections and honestly always end up with an antibiotic to kill the bacteria. I wish there was someway for the visit to be seen by others.
