I recently visited the MinuteClinic located inside the CVS pharmacy on S. Old State Rd. for my shingles vaccine, and I had a great experience. The location was very convenient, and it was easy to get an appointment. I even noticed that walk-ins were available, and the vaccine was in stock. I’m extremely frustrated with the billing experience at CVS MinuteClinic. I was initially charged $161, then refunded $161, but afterward I was charged $104 and $24 directly from my HSA account. Despite already paid the $104, they sent me a bill that still includes that same charge as if it’s unpaid. The billing process has been confusing and inaccurate, and it’s very disappointing to deal with this kind of issue.
