Ask clinician, is this covered by insurance, oh yeah it’s fine. Bills come in, they say it’s a bill you have to pay it. Months back and forth. Pay because of collections and don’t want to screw up credit. Meanwhile talk to insurance company and it would have been covered. The Minute Clinic has no clue on how to process billing and no one there is there to help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Very very professional nurse, very knowledgeable, very clean examination room.
I had an EXTREMRLY poor experience today. I’m not even sure who it was with because no one even introduced themselves to me that I remember. All I needed was a physical. I thought I had the paperwork I needed, but the intake person kept asking for “the rest of the papers.” She had a bit of an attitude with me from the get go, and I could tell she was frustrated because I was confused. CVS Minute Clinic is my first choice for local Healthcare. Stasia Yanasak, NP and Barbara Clark, NP are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful. Stasia was absolutely wonderful with my abnormal ear wax in both ears. My ear canals are very thin and the wax was deep and hardened. Stacy did an amazing job!
Everytime I have visited this clinic, the experience is positive. The staff are extremely helpful and the price cess is quick and stress free.
