Awesome Nurse Practitioner and assistant at Northfield Ohio. Professional,prompt and competent and compassionate
An absolutely great place, I've never had even a remotely bad experience for myself, or my child. Very friendly, very professional. They explain everything very clear, through every step, and I've never had any kind of wait. They are very fast and efficient, whether you require treatment, or not. Highly highly highly recommend.
I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday when it was convenient for me. I was seen right away, and both the assistant and the Nurse Practitioner listened to my symptoms. I was able to get a prescription before I left to go home.
The nurses here are very sweet but they don't offer as much as an urgent care or er. They tested me positive for strep today but could only give me limited meds because they can't prescribe steroids which they said I needed and would have to go to an ER. I still payed a high Co pay but have to go somewhere for more care for the same problem all over again with another copay not helpful.⁹
