I went there on Tuesday of this week with a sore throat sinus pressure and swollen gland. The woman, Jaclyn Algaheim, said i “wasn't sick long enough,” and would not prescribe any antibiotics. I went back today still with sinus pressure but now both glands are swollen and my throat is yellow. I asked for a strep test and tested positive. I work in a baby room with infants 18-months and younger and they’re all now exposed to strep, along with my Mother, 89, and my daughter. Wait time was short. The practitioner was kind and thoughtful. She explained everything as she went along. Would definitely go back!
The NP, Allison was accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable. She listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and handled my appointment with efficiency and professionalism.
