Kiosk didn’t work so couldn’t sign in. I was only person in waiting room. I saw the previous patient leave the treatment room. I waited 5-7 minutes for doctor to have a break. Then I knocked and waited another 5 minutes. Then I knocked again. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the Dr. finally came out and said they weren’t accepting walk-ins within an hour of closing. (I was there within an hour, but after waiting it was within an hour). There was clearly nobody else in the waiting room. Not my first bad experience with this... read more
The NP was phenomenal friendly and knowledgeable
I've never had a problem with a using a Minute Clinic prior to this visit. The visit seemed incomplete. I went in for cold/flu like symptoms for over one week. The NP didn't take my temp, she didn't look in my throat, she didn't listen to my heart. She looked in my ears and said I had a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. The lack of care is very concerning. I would never go back nor would I recommend this location to anyone.
Truly useless provider for walk-ins. Waited 20 minutes while rpn had no one in office and was told at 12:30 the next walk in appointment available was at 5:30. Walk-out more like it
