I would not recommend this location on Atlanta Rd to anyone. If you’re going to have a kiosk for people to check in, especially as a walk in, make sure it actually communicates with the nurse there. I waited for over 50 minutes for care (mind you the kiosk says it’s up to a 40 minute wait) and after waiting for so long I received the worst customer service. Not only did the practitioner ask me if I was on the waiting list after seeing a few people, she also let me know they were not supposed to see people at a certain time. ... read more
Unacceptable. I had a 10:30 appointment. Checked in. Door said they were seeing a patient. 45 minutes later the door opens, nurse comes out, and comes back 5 minutes later and calls a patient in. No patient left. So what was she doing for those 45 minutes?? Sleeping? And the patient she called had an appointment after I did! Edit: Company claims to want to discuss this with me. They do not. I have called multiple tomes and been told someone will contact me. No one has. Do not trust them.

Good customer service, very timely and convenient!
My second attempt at making a minute clinic appointment for an immunization. The kiosk didn't work and wouldn't allow me to check in. No one was available to help. Ended up having to wait in the queue.
