Very expensive 165. doll consult for just a prescription that i need for my Wright ears littler discomfort also my waiting was like an 1 there and was only one person before me no one inside office only doctor
Went in for a sore throat, cough, and ear infection, and the provider asked me one question, checked my ears, asked if I wanted something for my cough, and then called in a prescription. She never checked my throat or listened to my lungs, and she mumbled only what she absolutely had to say. Such a disappointing experience. Next time I’d rather pay to go to urgent care and have someone who actually wants to help me.
After waiting for 30 minutes with no one being seen, at 5:45pm. The provider came to tell me and I quote “if my next patient shows up, I won’t be able to see you because that will put me past 7pm”. I understand this person has made an appointment but the board shows only one person before me. What? Are appointment blocks 45 minutes? An hour? 30 minutes? That’s not how it works.
