My second attempt at making a minute clinic appointment for an immunization. The kiosk didn't work and wouldn't allow me to check in. No one was available to help. Ended up having to wait in the queue.
Starr Dickerson you’re the first actually horrible experience I’ve ever had from a health provider. I’ve never seen anyone with as little care for a patient as you. Life is hard for all of us and i get it, i don’t want to be at work either. But I hope you re-evaluate if this line of work is for you.
The lady that assisted me, already started taking out the stitches, halfway she said she was not gonna complete it, I had to pay the whole amount $150 for a work that she dis not finished just because she didnt feel like doing it. I had to go to another place to take them out. If she felt like not doing it, she should have said that from the beginning, instead of making me spend $150 for a unfinished work.
