Went in for a sore throat, cough, and ear infection, and the provider asked me one question, checked my ears, asked if I wanted something for my cough, and then called in a prescription. She never checked my throat or listened to my lungs, and she mumbled only what she absolutely had to say. Such a disappointing experience. Next time I’d rather pay to go to urgent care and have someone who actually wants to help me.
After waiting for 30 minutes with no one being seen, at 5:45pm. The provider came to tell me and I quote “if my next patient shows up, I won’t be able to see you because that will put me past 7pm”. I understand this person has made an appointment but the board shows only one person before me. What? Are appointment blocks 45 minutes? An hour? 30 minutes? That’s not how it works. Efficient and compassionate. We were able to schedule a same day appointment to ensure my son didn't have the flu or COVID. 30 minutes in the office, we got results & a prescription for steroids. Practitioner was very knowledgeable and quick!
