Hmmm a 2.8 rating. I’m not surprised. I walked up and there was a nurse standing at her door. I spoke to her and she stared at me all like “why are you talking to me” RUDE YOU’RE A NURSE! You SHOULD BE KIND, and at least respond WHEN A PERSON SPEAKS TO YOU. It’s a basic human thing to do.
The kiosk didn’t save my appointment and the nurse didn’t seem to care. I told her that I’ve been trying to get care for a few days and she showed little interest in making sure I got the care I needed. For the minute I spoke to her she was asking about what was wrong with me in the lobby in front of other people which made me feel uncomfortable and would talk over me when I was explaining what was wrong. It was a really strange experience. Maybe it was a bad day for them but this was the only time I tried them.
Such Bad service. There was literally no one there for like an hour and there lunch break was already done. Come here if you want to get nothing done. Minute clinic is joke.
Very knowledgeable and great experience. The practitioner was very friendly and kind with understanding my needs. Definitely will return.
