AI is the most annoying thing
Went a few days ago for my son who had an ear infection, had an appointment, waited maybe 10 minutes then got called back. She was quick and said she was sending the prescription to the pharmacy at this location to be filled, so I go to the pharmacy counter and asked how long it will be. Girl said 10 minutes. Waited for 40 damn minutes and turns out the nurse never even sent them the damn prescription. Idk why that would be when the nurse said she sent it.
