Not once, but twice, I’ve made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Both times, with no explanation, NO ONE was there. To be clear, this clinic opens at 830 with a first available online appointment of 8:40. Today my appointment was at 8:40, the doctor or NP struts in at 8:50. After sitting for 20 minutes, she states that she’s having trouble with the computer. Took my elderly Mother here today, for a couple health issues, Johanna the Practitioner was great! She was very nice and knowledgeable.A+
They threw away some of my tests. Half of the tests had to be conducted at another lab. No point coming here.
I don’t recommend walk-in, they closed the MinuteClinic nearly an hour before the stated closing time with no notice online or sign aside from “Closed” in-store
