Very poor experience. I was told I did not qualify for the Covid 19 antiviral treatment (I seemingly received the wrong information). When I asked why I did not qualify the provider was short, dismissive and scolded me. Then she stood up, canceled my appointment and walked out of the room mid question. The entire interaction lasted less than 2 minutes which you can see in my canceled appointment records. Extremely disrespectful. Save your time and go to a “real” doctor’s office. After a less than compassionate assessment, I was sent home with negative COVID and flu tests and some weak AF cough med that did nothing for me. Felt like something was still really wrong and went to my PCP today (2 days later)… I have pneumonia. If you work in healthcare, the bare minimum should be to care.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! Made an appointment the same day, went in, got called so fast and on time for my appointment, doctor treated me with whatever I asked for and left. Thank you!
