Not a good clinic , the physician or rn told me that she is not required to fill out the portion of my kids immunization form that details the type of shot and date. She told me that she doesn't know what it means and that it's my job as the parent to fill the part that's details the name of shot this my 4th kid and I have never been asked to fill out anything that specifically ask for physician to fill and sign this place can not be recommended. the place was empty and they didn’t even let me try to get an appointment because it was “fully booked” while literally no one walked in
They have floaters in their minute clinic! It seems no one is there permanently. Got charged for a physical and TB shot to be told the wrong day to get it read and didn't sign my physical after physical was completed. Bad communication at this store. Will now go to Walgreens. I do not recommend coming here. Also had a 40 minute wait after making an appointment. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Nurse basically didn’t want to draw my blood. Waste of my time for real and I really needed to get this done for school. Understaffed, waste of time, and very unprofessional.
