I feel worse than I did before visiting the clinic. My tests were Negative for Covid and Strep but what do I have? I can't sleep because of this constant cough. The prescriptions did not help and I can't work! $100 for nothing!
Nurse is amazing, she is straight up with prices before proceeding. But…cvs billing is TERRIBLE. I had agreed for the payment of my visit when nurse told me the total no issues at all. Days later they charge my car AGAIN without consent! Called billing asking why, they said it was part of the visit. When nurse had already charged me for it that day of my visit. Facility is very clean and comfortable. Practitioner was welcoming and professional.
They sent me a bad link to check in, and because it didn’t work, they canceled my appointment without even talking to me. I sat on my phone, clicking a link for 20 minutes until finally it came up as my appointment was canceled. The provider wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when I stood at the front desk to try to ask for help. She just came out, got another patient, and went back in.
