It’s an excellent place to take care of your health, the nurse and practitioner worked in a very professional way, asking all the questions necessary to diagnose and prescribe the right medication. I’m very grateful and satisfied with the treatment.
This review represents the CVS minute clinic system as a whole more than Clemson's specific branch. I went to the Clemson location for some routine testing and to receive a prescription and did so without issue. However, my issues started when there was an issue with my test results and I had questions about them. It is not possible to get in contact with the branch itself, every time you call you must do so through the Minute Clinic line. First of all, I went the evening before and they said that I was too late although they weren't closing the minit clinic for another 20 minutes. So I made an appointment. The nurse NEVER asked for my name! When I got home and looked at the paper he had given me- A TOTALLY DIFFERENT NAME! I mean come on! How hard is it to verify a name associated with the phone number! This is a total horrible experience! Do not recommend!!!!!!
During my visit I was treated respectfully and in a professional manner. The NP was very informative about my visit.
