Zero stars! Absolutely appalling experience. Not an exaggeration - HUNDREDS of dollars due at the end of Minute Clinic appointment! Completely unethical…this company owes me a refund!!
Staff was kind but visit was a total waste of time. Had to pay 2nd copay on same day to visit nearby Urgent Care to get antibiotic that should have been easily prescribed thru CVS! We will definitely not use MinuteClinic again
