A joke. I have been trying to get ahold of my "doctor" and no one ever answers the phone. The pharmacy literally attached to it even told me they can't get ahold of them to refill a prescription. So if you ever run out of refills from there, good luck trying to get them re-filled. So here I am without a prescription now because of the horrible customer service.
Go someplace else. Don't bother to make an appointment. Even with an appointment the wait is 45 minutes
I went in for my flu shot. The NP did not say hi, tell me her name, ask mine, or ask where to administer my vaccine. As a nurse I’m embarrassed to work in the same profession as someone with such disregard for common courtesy. I can’t imagine how terrible I would feel if I were seeking medical care for an illness.
Thank you Teresa NP. She gave me the best health service. She was so kind and did her best to give best care. Thank you kind lady for your professionalism and kindness.
